The Opportunity

We're looking for an HR Operations Lead to join us in 2025 to help us elevate our employee experience, streamline our processes, and build a centralised HR hub.

This is no ordinary HR gig – it’s your chance to step into a role where trust, innovation, and accountability are the heartbeat of the team. Reporting to the Director of HR, you’ll be the engine that keeps our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine.

You will manage one team member, providing guidance and support to enable their professional growth.

What You Bring

• An HR or related qualification with at least 4 years experience in HR operations.
• Expertise in streamlining HR processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Great partnership skills working closely with managers and teams to resolve challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Strong expertise in managing employee records and data with the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Advanced tech skills, driving the optimisation of our HRIS to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.
• A people centred approach to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring every candidate and new hire feels valued.
• A proactive mindset for driving innovation, enabling the implementation of transformative solutions across the HR function.
• A heart for people service and a desire to see people flourish.
